1. Mr. Royle has seen your minute of 6 March about the Parliamentary visit sponsored by the Ministry of Defence to Singapore and Hong Kong.
2. He says that Lord Kennet has previously shown interest in visiting Hong Kong and wonders if he could be included in the Party. If this were possible could it be arranged for him to visit Peking after Hong Kong?
