The Rt. Hon. Edward Richard George Heath, M.B.E.,M.P. Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury
THE CABINET OF GREAT BRITISH GOVERNMENT
10, Downing Street, Whitehall
London England.
GENTLEMAN,
In accordance with the spirit of the UN Charter, Declaration on Decolonization, Declaration of Universal Human Rights, International Laws, Open Society and the British policy etc. that tally with the modern times and for decolonalization as the Queen Elizabeth II speechs have emphasized "We'll be allowing and aiding self-determining areas and people's choice on the colonies to their final requests for internal self-government or for the Independence as a means to end colon- ialism" thus we are strongly requesting "Self-Government for Hongkong" now and expect that you will listen favourably to this request.
It is appreciated that the Queen's speech has been put into effect the Fiji Independence ceremony years ago and glad to know that the Bahamas,
We deem with population of 180,000 will declare its Independence in 1973. that the Conservative Party of England will also, with good spirit and "gentlemanly air", consider the same for Hongkong.
We, the LDP-HK and the people of Hongkong with a population of 6 million, or over, inhabitants being 99% Chinese. Equalling the highest population density in the world with just 400.37 square miles. Over crowding and
and suffering under British colonialism has been endured for a century, it has now become fierce and ugly in the treatments we receive at the hands of the colonial adminstration. A dog's life as the following will show:
1) H.K. Re-evaluation land policy on which addition from double to 3,000 times the original rate and is illegal against the contents of the treaty and of the holders of land ownership. It might spark off an- other period of disturbances and directly influently Hongkong's chance of survival because it would hamper our economy and prosperity as a. whole.
