Further to our strongly requesting for the immediate the "Hongkong Self-Government" to Her Majesty's Prime-Minister on 1.1.1973 - that enable the United Kingdom to be ending the British colonialism here which is referred to local Hon. C.S. for indirect reply and let us to pass through to you first about this rightous and reasonable request formally again.
We of course to insist on the contents as enclosed copies of the above- mentioned letter for the "Hongkong Self-Government" to you the same which we expected that it also meet with your favorably approval as well as the time and tide illustrated, especially during the periods of peaceful diplomatic age worldwidely nowaday.
Enclosed also please find one copy of our manifesto for your high negot- iation to reach the purpose of "Hongkong Self-Government" as it so practical and acceptable to Hongkong and it's people for a bright future You'll be promoting as a High Commissioner to control Hongkong's foreign policy on Constitutional Reform in forthcoming future as you are a learned modern adminstrator with fair and square manner from your good office to do so, we presumed.
It is obviously and convincely too that the Urban election yesterday that recorded merely of so-called voters from 31,284 be decreasing to 2,797 to instead that equal to a shock/mockery to the Oriental-Center here wi...... half billion of population of the highest inhabitants density in the world. What about the silent majority that they are interesting the internal "Hongkong Self-Government" only as we feel sure.
