Dear Kees,
27th September 1972.
During our telephone conversation this morning, I told you about the letter that Mr. Ogilvy has received from the Managing Director of Rank Xerox and I am now enclosing a rough copy.
I should be most grateful if you would be kind enough to explore this request and to let me know your reaction as well as that of the Governor of Hong Kong. Our only reservation is that perhaps a message from the children, who are still very young, may not be appropriate for such an historic occasion. Mr. Ogilvy, although a Director of Rank Xerox, has no strong feelings either way.
Yours ever, Amona
