Visit to the Royal Hong Kong Police
HRH will leave Government House for Police Headquarters accompanied by Lady Rowley.
HRH will arrive at the main entrance of Folice Head- quarters and will be received by the Commissioner of Police and escorted to the Conference Room on the 5th floor. The Commissioner will present the following officers:-
The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Administration,
Mr. B.F. Slevin, Q.F.M.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Operations,
Mr. C.J.R. Dawson, Q.P.M.
The Director of Criminal Investigation, Mr. J.B.
Lecs, Q.P.M.
The Director of Special Branch, Mr. R.A.J. Richard-
son, Q.P.M.
The Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police,
Establishment and General, Mr. A.J. Schouten, Q.P.M.
The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Operations,
Mr. P.T. Moor
The Police Civil Secretary, Mr. G.T. Barnes
The Chief Police Information Officer, Mr. J.D.
Slimming
The Senior Superintendent of Police, Flanning and
Research, Mr. J.H. Harris
HRH will then see a display of photographs and models of Police buildings laid out in the Conference Room. The items on display will be explained to her by the Commissioner of Folice assisted by the Chief Police Information Officer, Mr. Slimming, and the Senior Super- intendent of Police, Fanning and Research, Mr. Harris. HRH will be invited by the Commissioner to sign his official Visitors Book.
HRH will be conducted from the Conference Room by the Commissioner to Stage III of Folice Headquarters which is under construction and situated immediately opposite the main entrance of Police Headquarters. A group of approximately 50 persons comprising mainly represent- atives from the formations which will occupy the now building, will be assembled.
The Commissioner will present:
The Director of Public Works, the Hon. J.J. Robson and the architect who designed the new building,

Mr. H.W. PUN
HRH will deliver a short speech, which will be trans- lated into Cantonese, then unveil a plaque on the NE
corner of the building to commemorate the visit. After the unveiling Mr. H.W. PUN will explain the design of the building, using a model.
The two Deputy Commissioners, Mr. Slevin and Mr. Dawson, will take their leave.
