HRH will join some 200 guests for buffet lunch in the suite of rooms on the 5th floor and, if the weather is suitable, on the roof of the building. Some of the guests will have come from UK by chartered aircraft.
Or when HRH is roady Mr. Mardon (accompanied by Mrs. Marden if required) will conduct HRH to the ground floor, to walk 50 yards to the helicopter (pilot Sq/Ldi. W. Wilson RAF,)
Sir Douglas Clague will escort Mr. Ogilvy.
Mr. McFarlin will escort Lady Rowley.
Mr. Mardon, Sir Douglas Clague and Mr. McFarlin will take their leave of HRH and Mr. Ogilvy at the heli- copter.
Only G/Capt. de Iongh, Mr. Keith and RHK Police Officer will be in attendance in the helicopter.
The helicopter will land at Fanling Lodge where HRH will be received by HE and Lady MacLchose..
HE will present Mr. Danny Choung, RHK Police, who will bo on duty over the weekend.
Mr. Cumings will escort Lady Rowley to Government House.
Note: If the weather is unsuitable for flying the
journey will be made by car arriving at Fanling Lodge at 3.00 p.m.
