The Guard of Honour, consisting of one Gazetted Officer, two Inspectorate Officers, two Station Sergeants, four Sergeants and forty-six Police Constables drawn from "Bravo" Company, Folice Tactical Unit, will be formed up in two ranks in open order facing the dais. The Band of the Royal Hong Kong Police will be in position behind the rear rank of the Guard.

When HRH is on the dais the Guard Commander will give the order "Royal Salute, Present Arms". The Guard will present arms and the Band will play the first six bars of the National Anthem. On the last move- ment of the present, HRH's personal standard will be broken.

The Guard Commander will then advance, salute and report the Guard ready for inspection. He will then take one pace to the roar, saluto again and as HRH descends from the dais, turn to his right. HRH will descend from the dais and walk across the parade to the right flank of the front rank of the Guard. As she does so, the Guard Commander will come up on her right hand side, one pace to the rear, and accompany her throughout the inspection.

The Commissioner of Police and the ADC to HRH will accompany HRH and the Guard Commander, the Commissioner one pace behind the Guard Commander and the ADC one pace behind HRH. When HRH completes the inspection of the rear rank, the Director of Music, who will have positioned him- self to the right of the rear rank, will be presented to HRH by the Guard Commander. The latter will then salute and return to his position in front of the Guard. HRH, accompanied by the Commissioner, will walk to the line of guests, passing in front of the dais. Mr. Ogilvy and Lady MacLehose will meet HRH at the head of the line and HE will present to HRH, and Lady Mac- Lehose will present to Mr. Ogilvy the following:-
