In the event of heavy rain the presentation on ariival will be postponed until a suitable point under cover during the tour of the stands. The opening ceremony will be shortened, or if necessary omitted. and HRH will go straight to tour the stands. A decision will be taken not later than 2.45 p.m. and will be announced by broad- cast at the Exhibition to the guests. It will not be possible to accommodate them under cover during HPH's tour.

If the weather is unsuitable for flying the visit to the Ebenezer School and Home for the Blind will be cancelled so that HRH can go by road of launch and road to the Princess Alexandra Red Cross Residential School, Kwun Tong.

The presentations will be made inside St. James'
Settlement.
HKH and Mr. Ogilvy will be taken to see the decoration of the house in progress. The outside tour will be cancelled.

In the event of bad weathe: the Review will be cancelled. A decision will be taken not later than 4.00 p.m.
Visit to South Kwai Chung Jockey Club Polyclinic
If the weather is unsuitable for flying HIH and Mr. Ogilvy will leave Flagstaff House at 2.25 p.m., board "The Lady Maurine" at Queen's Fier at 2.30 p.m., and proceed to Shanshuipo camp arriving at 2.40 p.m. Thence they will go by car to the Polyclinic arriving at 3.00 p.m. The presentations will be made under cover.
Frincess Alexandra Community Centre
In the event of rain the car will drive into the fore- court of the Community Centre.
The return journey will be made by launch from Tsuen Wan pier to Queen's Pier leaving at 4.55 p.m. and arriving at Queen's Pier at 5.25 p.m. approx.
