H.R.H. will arrive at Royal Hong Kong Police Head- quarters and be received by the Commissioner of Police, who will escort her to the Conference Room on the 5th floor, where he will present the fol- lowing officers:-

After leaving the Conference Room H.R.H. will be escorted by the Commissioner to the Stage III building of Police Headquarters, which is now under construction, where she will be invited to unveil a plaque.
