fact that the Hong Kong Government want it, largely for prestige
reasons, should not make us doubt our own judgement.

I have spoken to Commercial Relations and Exports Division
of the DTI who have agreed to ensure that Marine Division take
into account the wider interests of DTI, particularly the
underground railway.
