By virtue of section 5(4) and (5) of the Immigration
Ordinance 1971, this form, duly completed, must be furnished
to an immigration officer
(a) by a person of or over the age of 16 years; and
(b)
in respect of a child of or over the age of 7 years
and under the age of 16 years, by an accompanying
adult or (in the case of such a child if unaccom-
panied arriving or departing by ship or aircraft)
by the owner of the ship or aircraft or his agent.
AN ARRIVING traveller must complete paragraphs 1 to 9
and 11 to 13.
A DEPARTING traveller must complete paragraphs 1 to 5
and 9, 10, 12 and 13.
