amended in subsections (3) and (4) by inserting,
after "immigration officer", the following

amended in subsection (1) by inserting, after
"immigration officer", the following
immigration assistant".
8.
Section 35 of the principal Ordinance is
amended in subsections (3) and (4) by inserting,
after "immigration officer" wherever it occurs, the
following
immigration assistant".
9.
Section 42 of the principal Ordinance is
amended
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) by inserting after
"immigration officer" the following
", immigration assistant"; and
