Maintenance

7.
The common facilities provided at all transmitter
stations, including the buildings, plant and site amenities
therein, shall be maintained jointly by each licensee to
the satisfaction of the Television Authority and in such a
manner as to ensure that no licensee shall have any operational
advantage over any other licensce.
8. (1) The licensees shall jointly ensure that a
spare transmitting aerial system is provided at the main
transmitter station at Temple Hill.
(2) The spare transmitting aerial systems required
under subclause (1) shall be provided by the licensees in
such manner as may be determined by the Telecommunications
Authority to be appropriate.
9. (1) If a common transmitting aerial is used by
all of the licensees for the transmission of their respective
Services the licensees shall jointly provide a second standby
aerial system complete with a foeder to the combining unit
provided at the station.
(2) Where Television Broadcasts Limited have, at
the date of commencement of this licence, no provision for
standby generating equipment at a modium power translator
station operated by that company, the standby generating
plant shall be provided in the manner specified in olause 5(9).
