Additional transmission stations.
(b) Each licensee shall be responsible for the
connection of its transmitters to the input
points of the combiners.
(c) Each licensee shall make its own arrangements
in connection with the provision of receiving and
other ancillary aerial systems.
6. (1) Any licensee may apply to the Television Authority
for permission to establish an additional transmitter station.
(2) An application made under subclause (1) shall
provide full information concerning the addtional station,
including its location, power of transmitters and transmitting
antennae to provide the stated coverage, operational frequencies,
power supplies and access facilities.
(3) A licensee establishing an additional transmitter
station shall
(a) provide the common facilities required for
the operation of his own Services and the
Services operated by the other licensees
as outlined above; and
(b)
be responsible for obtaining the grant of
a lease for the use of the land and such
ther official permission as is required
for the physical establishment of the
station.
