(11) (a) Any new tower or mast
which is intended
to be erected by a licensee other than
Television Broadcasts Limited shall be erected
in such a position as to ensure that it causes
no interference with Television Breadcasts
Limited's transmissions.
(b)
The structure shall be of sufficient height
to permit the aerial arrays of all Services to be
mounted satisfactorily in accordance with clause 4.
(c) Any such tower or mast shall be constructed
in such a manner as to ensure that it is readily
accessible in order that maintenance of individual
aerials may be carried out without causing
interference or damage to any other aerial.
(a) The structure shall be designed to resist
winds of speeds up to 200 miles per hour when
fully loaded with all aerial arrays and shall be
sufficiently rigid to prevent undue deflection
under any condition of wind loading.
(12) (a) When common transmitting aerials are used
at any transmission station the [second]
licensee shall provide the aerials, aerial feeder
cables and combining units.
