(4) (a) The existing buildings and associated site
facilities of Television Broadcasts Limited
shall remain undisturbed so far as is practical
in the development of sites and the provision
of additional buildings and other facilities
required under this clause.
(b) If it is necessary to disturb Television
Broadcasts' existing facilities the [second]
licensee shall make a prior arrangement with
that company which will permit it to continue
to operate its services with neither hindrance
nor deterioration in performance.
(c)

Notwithstanding paragraphs (a) and (b),
second licensee may, by agreement with
Television Broadcasts Limited, make arrangements
for the joint utilization of any facility
already established by Television Broadcasts
Limited.
(5) (a) If, on the direction of the Television
Authority, Television Broadcasts Limited makes
available any of its facilities for the common
use of all of the licensees, the second
licensee shall pay to that company by way of
compensation a sum equal to one half of the
costs incurred by it in establishing any such
facility.
