shall include
(i) Brick Hill;
(ii) Stanley Hill;
(iii) Caldecott Road;
(iv) Happy Valley;
(v) Sai Wan Hill; and
(i) Pottinger Peak.
The facilities referred to in subclause (1)
(a) such buildings as are necessary for the
accommodation of the transmitter equipment and
attendant staff;
(b) a mast or tower suitable for mounting the
aerials of the Services operated by all of the
licensees, including Television Broadcasts
Limited;
(c) such common aerial systems and combining
units as are appropriate and the feeder cables
between the aerials and combiners;
(a) such additional services, both technical and
domestic, as are necessary for the satisfactory
operation of the stations; and
(e) all additional facilities, such as access
roads, helicopter landing pads, perimeter fences
and gates as are necessary for the general function
and utilization of the transmitter stations.
