Frequency requirements.
1.
SECOND SCHEDULE
(1) The licensee shall be required to transmit its
programmes in accordance with a frequency plan provided by
the Telecommunications Authority.
(2) The frequency plan referred to in subclause (1)
may be amended from time to time by the Telecommunications
Authority.
(3) The licensee shall be fully responsible for the
elimination of any interference problem which may arise from
the activation of its transmitter or associated equipment in
connection with the transmissions of any other licensee.
(4) The licensee shall pay to Television Broadcasts
Limited one half of the cost incurred by that company in
making any change of its equipment or other alteration of its
transmission system which, in the opinion of the
Telecommunications Authority, is necessary to eliminate any
interference by the licensee's transmissions with the
transmissions of Television Broadcasts Limited after a final
frequency plan is provided by the Telecommunications Authority
to Television Broadcasts Limited and the other licensees.
(5) The licensee shall share equally with any
licensee other than Television Broadcasts Limited the cost
incurred by either licensee in making any change of its
equipment or other alteration of its transmission system
which, in the opinion of the Telecommunications Authority,
