20.
(c) it is served upon the licensee either by
delivering it to a responsible officer or
employee of the licensee at the registered
office of the licensee or its last known
place of business in Hong Kong or by
forwarding it by registered post to its
registered office or last known place of
business in Hong Kong.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this
licence shall not in any way whatsoever abrogate or
intorfere with any of the oxclusive servicos granted to
Calbe and Wireless in that company's licence dated the
1st October, 1963.
Statements made on application binding on the licenseo,
21. (1) Subject to subclause (2), the licenseo shall
comply at all times with the statements and representations
made by cr on its behalf in the application for submitted
by it under section 7 of the Television Ordinance.
(2) The Television Authority may, on the application
of the licensed, waive the licenseo's obligations under
subclause (1) in any respect where he is satisfied that it
would be unreasonable to require the licensee to comply
with the statements and representations.
