Notices of directions given to the licensee.
whore the contravention is due to the act or omission
of the members, employces or agents of the licensee acting
for or on behalf of the licensee.
19. 1) Any notice or direction required or permitted
to be given to the license under the Television Ordinance,
the Tolocummunication Crdinance, any Code of Practice issued
by the Television Authority or under this licence -
(a) if it is required or permitted to be given by
the Television Authority, shall be validly
signed if it is signed by the Television
Authority or any other person authorized
by him in this behalf; and
(b) if it is required or permitted to be given
by the Telecommunications Authority, shall
be validly signed if it is signed by the
Telecommunications Authority or any other
person authorized by him in this behalf.
(2) Any such notice or direction shall be validly
given to the licensco if

(a) it is validly signed under subclause (1)
(b) it is addressed to the licensee; and
