Broadcasting
coverage requirements.
9. The liconsce shall pay to the Accountant General
for all film material submitted to a panul or consors
appointed under regulasion 2 of the Film Censorship
Regulations (Cap. 172, sub. leg.) in pursuance of section
32 of the Television Ordinance, a fee equal to one tenth
of the fcc for the time being prescribed in the Schedule
to those regulations or in any other enactment relating
to the type of film concerned.
10. (1) The liconsce shall commence broadcasting
from its main transmitter station on the date of commence-
ment of this licence.
(2) The licensed shall commence broadcasting from
transmitters located at all of the translator sites operated
by Television Broadcasts Limited at the date of commencoment
of this licence not later than one year after the date of
commencement of this licence.
(3) The licenseo shall broadcast to all parts of
Hong Kong not later than three years from the commencement
of the licence.
(4) For the purposes of this clause,
"broadcast"
means to broadcast in such a manner as to enable the licensee's
transmissions to be received to the satisfaction of the
Television Authority.
