4. (1) The licensee shall, when broadcasting any

programme, including any test or experimental transmissions,

transmit a station identification signal approved by the

Television Authority as frequently as is practicable.

(2) Without prejudice to subclause (1), the

licensee shall transmit its approved identification signal at

least once during each hour of the transmission of its

broadcast programmes unless to do so would cause unreasonable

interruption of its broadcast programmes.

5.

The licensee shall not broadcast any matter

between the hours of midnight and six o'clock in the

morning if it is so directed by the Television Authority.

5. The licensee shall not do any act which is an

infringement of any copyright which may exist in any

published programme or other printed or recorded matter

or which is or may be protected under the provisions of

any enactment for the time being in force or under any

other law enforcible in Hong Kong.

7. All of the books and accounts of the license0

shall be written in the English language.

8. The licence shall maintain and provide such

test equipment as may be required by the Telecommunications

Authority for the purpose of any inspection which may be

carried out under section 21 of the Television Ordinance.
