I have made a few minor amendments to your draft of our discussion with Mr Dennis.

2. A draft telegram is attached. I have marked this "immediate" and I think we should get it away as soon as possible.
3. I am also enclosing the draft of a letter which, I suggest, you might consider sending to Sir Hugh Norman Walker. There is a bag on Saturday which gets to Hong Kong next Wednesday.
