I am preparing a short memorandum setting out our understanding of the situation in regard to the transmitter sites and I will have this sent round to you, either this evening or tomorrow morning. I will also let you have the information about the shareholdings in Television Broadcasts Limited and about the make-up of the consortium which we have formed to operate the second wireless television franchise, if and when it is awarded to us.
