With further reference to our meeting with
Mr. Anthony Royle yesterday, and to my letter of yesterday's date, I now attach a memorandum prepared by Mr. Richard Dennis, the Rediffusion Executive in London with special responsibility for our operations in the
Far East.
I think that this effectively explains the problems, such as they are, which exist in regard to transmitter sites and transmitters. It also makes some suggestions as to how we believe these problems can be dealt with and I hope that this will not be considered inappropriate. Mr. Dennis' note also sets out the shareholders in TVB about which Mr. Royle asked some questions.
