DORMANT COMMISSION
I attach a draft reply from Sir L Monson to the Governor's letter of 8 January (attached).
2. The Submission on the Dormant Commission was agreed by Mr Royle on 13 January and Private Office suggested we proceed with Submission to the Palace.
3. I have taken Legal Adviser's views on this and the papers have now gone to Protocol and Conference Department for preparation of the Submission to the Palace.
