Along with this aim, consideration is now being given to enacting legislation to impose restrictions on the sale of school buildings or sites so that Government may be given first offer. Meanwhile action has been initiated against schools which operate in breach of the Education Ordinance along the lines of the recommendations contained in paragraphs 86-88 of the report.
