Mr Forrester's Minute of 14 March. I attach a draft on political aspects, which has been agreed with FED. Miss Welch has promised to let us have a short piece on commercial matters; I asked her, in my absence, to send it to you or to Mr Lambert. I have also spoken to Commodities Department, who do not think that we should ask Mr Royle to raise the question of textiles.
I do not to with that the one my question on Hory Kory which we would want Mi Royle to ash the fraud, but I naked Miss Welch to bear the possibility in mine
