10. In closing the proceedings, Long referred to the urgent need for all countries to send in the information required and to maintain close contact with the Secretariat. Re-drafts of Chapters 1 and 2 would he circulated by early November and Chapters 3-6 by 20 November. A further marathon meeting of the Working Party would be called for 4-15 December with the firm intention of concluding the Study then.
11. The ELC coordination group will meet again in Brussels on 9-10 November.
