7. With regard to Appendix 2,
Column (1) shows the framework as originally put to Ministers last year and Column (2) the cuts now proposed. In so far as Hong Kong is concerned there is no cut in the £ 0.1 million capital expenditure and the 0.4, 0.1, 0.2, 0.2 (as in Appendix 1) for the years 1972-76 respectively are included in the 0.6, 0.7, 0.7, 0.7 shown against "Hong Kong and Pacific" technical assistance at page 8 of Appendix 2.
