8 March, the allocations which Dependent Territories Division are using for planning purposes are those given in Mr Burr's letter CF 258/239/01 of

As regards Hong Kong, I understand that a further £400,000 is committed for technical institutes etc next year.
Also for the Pacific I understand there is
a regional allocation of £21,000. This brings the total allocation for Dependent Territories Division
to £1,060,000. (Exe Ending the Haykay £440,00€).
