carried out jointly with an agency of the Government of the country were established with oil palms in Malaysia (here some 35 managers of oil palm smallholder schemes were trained by CDC for employment with the Government); with sugar in Swaziland; with flue-cured A similar scheme with tobacco in Malawi and Zambia.
