Baggage Insurance
The insurance of baggage at Her Majesty's Government's expense is not permissible but claims of up to 2200 (no one article more than 50) may be submitted for items not already covered by an existing policy.

Passports, Visas and Health
(a) Valid passports will be required.
(b) Visas for China and the USA will be required.
(c) Valid certificates for vaccination/inoculation
against smallpox and cholera must be taken by all members of the Delegation. TB injections are optional. Vaccination/inoculation has been arranged for Monday 23 October at 5.30 pm at the Private Office.
Living Accommodation
This is shown at Appendix III.
Working Accommodation
