Secretary of State's visit to Hong Kong
I enclose Briefs Nos. 3, 4, 5,&6. for production
in final form please.
There are s till 6 more Briefs to come
which I
hope to let you have for typing as early as possible
on Monday.
We have been asked to send all the briefs to the
Secretary of State's office by 2nd February. I should
therefore be grateful if you could let us have the
finalised copies back by close of play on Tuesday
evening, or at the latest by mid-day on Wednesday.
