deficiency of housing for overseas officers should
be made good, and local officers should be helped to
acquire their own housing;
(f)
overseas tours should be standardised at 21⁄2 years,
the terminal gratuity rate increased to 25% and children's
holiday passages increased to bring them into line with
those granted elsewhere under the Overseas Service Aid
Scheme.
