It would be helpful to Mr Addis if we could send
him a telegram about at least some of the arrangements
for the Secretary of State's visit next week. We have
sent an interia reply to Feking telegram No 783, but now
ove him something on the substance. We could draft a
tologram after you have sent these papers back to me;
alternatively we could do this after talking to you or
to Mr Grattan.
