Current passports are required by all members of the party, and visas for Bangkok only. The appropriate application forms are attached (photographs are not required). These should be completed in duplicate and returned with passports to Miss B P Cawthorne, Room 307, Charles House, Lower Regent Street (Telephone A 237)as soon as possible.

(a) | Each member of the party must be in possesion of up to date
certificates of vaccination /inoculation for smallpox (i.e. not more than 3 years old), cholera (i.e. not more than 6 months old), and TAB (i.e. not more than 3 years old).
Inoculations and vaccinations can be obtained at the Treasury Medical Adviser's Surgery, Tilbury House, Petty France (next door to the Passport Office). Normal surgery hours are 1130 am to 12 noon. Telephone Duty Sister at 834-6644, extension: 445.
