1. The suggestion that I should write to Mr Lloyd reminding him of our interest in the extension of the UK Copyright Act to Hong Kong brought to my mind his recent letter to me about the "progress report" the members of UMELCO wished to have following their meeting with the Secretary of State during his visit to Hong Kong last February.
We undertook to send the report early in June. I would like if at all possible to get something in the bag leaving on Saturday.
