Briefs
Whatever timetable may have been laid down previously, I should be grateful if all, repeat all, the briefs for the Secretary of State's Far Eastern tour could reach the Private Office not later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday 2 February. I should like to have drafts for the various speeches that the departments are working on by noon not later than Monday, 31 January.
