MR ROYLE'S VISIT
1. For the reasons mentioned in my telegram

no 961 no secouncement of visit can be made at
this stage.

There would however be no objection to the Press
being informed unattributably that there is no
substance in reports that I intend to return to
Hong Kong in April; but that it is hoped that it
will be possible to arrange for a Minister to visit
Hong Kong and to open the Science Centre at that
time.
