Thank you for your letter of 14 September about the proposed visit by Mr. Royle to Fiji, Tonga, Nepal and Hong Kong from 2-20 November. I have seen that the Chief Whip has given his agreement, and the Prime Minister has also approved. The Prime Minister agrees that Mrs. Royle should accompany her husband at public expense.
