Members of the H.K.P.T.Y.T.A.C. hold pro-communist and C.P.G. views and advocate the unification of China including the return of Hong Kong and Taiwan to China. The leading personalities are:-
a)
CHOW Lo-yat (0719/7627/6654) Chief Liaison Officer.
A former factory worker who is now unemployed. He is a founder member of the H.K.P.T.Y.T.A.C. and Chief Liaison Officer of the committee. He has organised and appeared in Tiao Yu Tai demonstrations and on the 7th July 1971 was arrested in the Victoria Park demonstration.. It is
believed that at one time he studied in the Grantham College of Education, but gave up his studies to become involved in student activities.

A 4th year physics student of United College, he is actively engaged in student movement activities. Formerly an editor of "Pun Ku", which is a pro- communist youth magazine, he is at present acting as spokesman for the H.K.P.T.Y.T.A.C. He also took place in the use of Chinese as an official language campaign. A person who has pro-communist views.
An office-boy, he is a former editor of the Youth Magazine which is no longer published. He is
a founder member of H.K.P.T.Y.T.A.C.
and is its Publication Officer. He organised and participated in Tiao Yu Tai demonstrations on the 18th February 1971, the 10th April 1971 and the 7th July 1971. He was arrested on the 10th April 1971.
