An editor of the "70's Bi-Weekly".

and participated in the Tiao Yu Tai demonstrations and was arrested on the 10th April 1971 for his part in a demonstration. On the 2nd July 1971 he left the Colony for Europe with a view to entering Canada and stayed in Norway until the 3rd December 1971 when he returned to the Colony, having been refused entry to Canada.

A former student of the Hong Kong Baptist College, he is responsible for

"70's Bi-Weekly" subscriptions. An active participant in demonstrations organised by the magazine, he has no employment other than his job in the "70's Bi-Weekly". He was arrested on the 4th May 1971 and the 7th July 1971 for his part in the demonstrations.

In 1965 he studied at the communist Sun Kiu Middle School. He is one of the editors of the "70's Bi- Weekly". He has organised and appeared in many demonstrations, frequently disguised as a reporter.
