A graduate of the University of Adelaide University, Australia, he is a founder members and Executive Editor of the "70's Bi-weekly" magazine. He is anti- establishment, anti- government and has participated in numerous demonstration. He
worked for a while for the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups but now has no apparent employment. He was arrested during a Tiao Yu Tai demonstration and the 4th May 1971.
