YAN YI VILLAGLIA AND RESETTLEMENT POLICY
You may have seen my letter of 29 September to like Clinton about the arrest of students involved in the demonstration by Yan Yi villagers. I have now received a letter from the National Union of Students on the same subject, and enclose a copy.
So far we have merely acknowledged the letter. As you will see, the NU have used the specific issue of the Yan Yi villagers to. seek information about the resettlement policy as a whole. ..e should be grateful for your suggestions on how we might reply.
