INFUGENDGARDENSURE DE
At the beginning of every new calendar year it has been
my practice to send you in duplicate lists of the complete
membership of the Executive and the Legislative Councils of
Hong Kong. This would appear to have been done in the spirit
of Colonial Regulation 151 even though you would already be
fully aware of the membership details.

I now attach the usual copies for this year and should
be grateful to learn whether the practice can be discontinued.
