In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the
Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs, I appoint
OSWALD VICTOR CHEUNG (
奥偉
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Queen's
Counsel, Justice of the Peace to be an Unofficial Member of the
Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 1st July 1972 until 30th June
1974.
