Deportation Ordinance 1971 to
be a person in respect of whom
a deportation order for life is
in force and to have had notico
thereof before his departure
from the Colony.".
1. Rule 188(1) is amended by
deleting sub-paragraph (ea) and
substituting the following

Rule 215 is amended by deleting
paragraph (a).
