(2) If any person commits an offence under subsection (1)
by landing from a ship or aircraft elsewhere than at an approved
landing place -
(a) the captain of the ship or aircraft; and
(b) the owner of the ship or aircraft and his agent,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to
a fine of one hundred thousand dollars and to imprisonment for
three years unless he proves that all practicable steps had been
taken to prevent persons from landing from the ship or aircraft in
contravention of subsection (1).

36. If a passenger who arrives in Hong Kong in an aircraft
does not have a valid travel document, the owner of the aircraft
and his agent shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable
on conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars.
Breach of condition
of stay.
37.
Any person who contravenes a condition of stay in force
in respect of him shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable
on conviction to a fine of five thousand dollars and to imprisonment
for two years.

38.
(1) Any person who makes or causes to be made
(a) to an immigration officer or any other person lawfully
acting under or in the execution of Part II, III or IV
of this Ordinance;
(b) in any document furnished to the Director or any other
immigration officer pursuant to this Ordinance or a
