An Ordinance to amend the Corporal Punishment Ordinance.
[30th April, 1971.]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Corporal Punish- ment (Amendment) Ordinance 1971.
2. The principal Ordinance is amended by adding after sec- tion 7 the following new section—
"Amend- ment of Schedule.

8. The Legislative Council may, by resolution, amend the Schedule.".
The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended in Part I-
(a) by deleting item 2 and substituting the following-
(21 of 1970.)
"2. Any offence contrary to section 10 or 12 of the Theft Ordinance 1970.";
(b) by adding after item 8 the following new items--
(Cap. 245.)
"9. Any offence contrary to section 33 of the Public Order Ordinance.
Short title.
Addition of new section 8.
(Cap. 222.)
Amendment of Schedule.
10. Affray.".
